Level 4: Lifetime Ban is the top of the ladder, and the only tier sealed by default. At Lifetime Ban, the Commish stops auditing the matchup and starts prosecuting the manager’s entire body of work. It weighs the season-long pattern of negligence, not just the week’s loss. It is reserved for egregious, repeated managerial failure, and because it audits a manager’s whole record rather than a single result, it requires explicit, opt-in consent from the commissioner before it is unsealed. Switch it on deliberately. The Commish does not soften, and does not issue retractions.
